Bottomless Lift Muffler:

Muffler Sound Quality: Normal tone conversation can easily be heard over engine exhaust sound.

Application: Engine room / Hull side positioning.
Very compact ·Very Quiet.
Accepts a wide variety of exhaust system configurations.
Inlet(s) on Muffler are positioned per application requirements.

Surge resistant.

The bottom of muffler must be above the water line.

Material: Biaxial E-Glass/Vinylester, fire retardant (Class 1)... Hetron FR 992 resin.

Can be flanged on bottom for ease of installation.
Molded Gelcoat Finish Color: High glass bright white. "Show Quality" finish available upon request.
Weight: Light for size - muffler specific.
316L Stainless steel crush resistant rings installed at all muffler hose connections.

Exhaust Thru Hull Diffuser:
Purpose: A predesigned shape that will provide proper exhaust ejection without flow restriction.
Material: Biaxial E-Glass/Vinylester, fire retardant (Class 1)... Hetron FR 992 resin.
Thickness: Approximately 5/32" thick.
Shape is easily inserted into bottom of hull, then laminated to desired thickness.

Underwater Discharge Cowls:
Directs exhaust gas across hull bottom.
Allows smooth exhaust gas exit.

Promotes exhaust gas flow disintegration.
Promotes thin layer gas turbulence which remains close to hull Bottom.
